Hi. Normally sediment & pre carbon filter need to replace in 6 months. Alkaline, UF & post carbon in a year. Cant change inner part. Water can be drink directly without boiling after filtration. Thank you

Hi. There are 2 switches behind the machine. 1 for hot & 1 for cold water. If you switch either 1, the water become normal temperature water.
