I have called gdex through 03-77872222 3 times but no one answer.
I called the helpdesk through 03-77876677 and speak to the customer service, I ask my parcel status and he told me that my parcel just arrive this morning to pj and haven’t check out yet. Then I ask him to clarify about sorry card because I didn’t receive any sorry card from gdex. Then he say he will check this thing with the courier and I asked him to return me a call after checking with courier. A few minutes later, I received a call from gdex through 03-77878400, she said that the courier unable to deliver my parcel because no one at home. I said I was at home and I didn’t see them coming. Then I ask her to send it again tomorrow.

Please change your courier service. GDEX suck!
