Hi, yes it is ready stock. You need to change filter in one year time start from usage date. Service team might not be available at Sarawak, but if any problem most likely to be able to solve via video conference. It is anti oxidized water. Water will be permanently alkaline but anti oxidized effect will be gone within 3 hours. Answered Reportgo | chie******************
