Hihi morning , if you want to slant the humidifier, you can do so by taking out the water tank first ya. Else the water pressure will push the water out and this is normal pressure concept ya. For the hole , it is moving 180 degree just that this model don't have duo hole as it got bigger hole compared to other model. Hope this helps ! Thanks for your inquiry!
