The cream looks slightly yellowish and ’grain-like’… when applied on face, it has a very strong foul smell , very unbearable and i have to wash it off !
As i can see, the printed date on the label is 111006 , i have a feeling that you have overlooked the expiry date, usually skin product’s shelf life is 3 years...

which has date 120102 and 120109 printed on its label respectively…
The serum still smells pleasant but the cream too has a strong foul smell !
I am using KLAIRS rich moist soothing serum and cream currently, they have a pleasant scent, so i believe you must have accidentally sent some expired products to me…

Please advise, what should i do with these items ?? Thanks
