The lumen brightness is fixed on the led Mode:
GREEN LED: Dusk to dawn (normal floodlight). PIR sensor does not work when this mode is selected.
BLUE LED: PIR motion triggered full brightness (1,300 lm), normal brightness is 150 lm.

Yes warm white. Normal operation can last from dusk till dawn. It only can full mode when sense movement for few minutes.
