Warranty period is 3 months from the date shipped. Any electronics faulty found, you send back to our office (buyer to bear courier cost), once we receive, we are able to arrange FOC repairing or replacement from supplier for manufacturing defect. [667710] Pakite PAT-530 PAT530 5.8G Wireless AV Transmitter Receiver Astro Hi, i have received the product (Pat 530) for the order no: 201507127265558, but the invoice is not included in the parcel, can you email me the invoice? (ghvictor@gmail.com) addition: to date, i have purchased 7 items from 11street (mostly electrical items), other 6 sellers all attach a sale invoice together with the parcels, except your company. 11 street website does not give detail invoice especially GST and if the order has multiple products, it does not give individual sale info. Sorry, I am unable to issue you my company invoice or sales document directly to you, due to the order is via 11street where the total amount that we are receiving from 11street company is varied from the amount that you are paying, due to commission/voucher and etc... Since this order is via 11street, and sales document is supposed from 11 street. According to 11street personal, you can print sales document from your buyer page.
I copy the advice/step on how or where to print from your buyer page :
- Log in to Buyer page
- Go to View order
- Select the order No.
- Go to view order and shipping
Then you may able to print the invoice from the page.
If you are unable to find it, you may call 11street hotline : 03-27200000, the receptionist may be able to advise you clearly.
