Hi, the duvet cover does not include the duvet itself. You may use it as a cover for your duvet/comforter/quilt.
The 5cm denotes the flap/skirting on the duvet and not the thickness of the duvet.

2) Colour might slightly bleach on first wash as this is not pre-washed fabric
3) The sheet is not transparent.
