Hi, both Redmi 4X and Note 4 utilizing the same LTE bands.

Redmi Note 4 supports VoLTE while 4X doesn't support VoLTE (voice over LTE).

Technically, Redmi Note 4 is a larger phone with 5.5" screen while 4X is only a 5.0" phone. Redmi Note 4 has the advantage over Redmi 4X in terms of processor specification.
