Yoobao power bank have 1 year against manufacturer defect, T&C apply. If no function within 1 year you may send back to our office. Our RMA department will check for you. The warranty cover basically can't charge. Physical damaged is not cover.

Next, we don't send out any resit for you but you may print the tax invoice provide by 11street.

Just login to your account, go to Mypage, find tax invoice and print the invoice as well.
