Hi there, apparently there has been a glitch in the system that has caused the shipping fees for our products to appear as zero. Our online division has reported this to 11Street so that they can rectify this issue. We kindly request for your help to cancel this particular order. Quite a few recent orders have had similar issues and we have also asked other customers to help cancel their orders while this issue is ongoing.
Our online division has tried contacting you several times (last Monday 22nd, Thursday 25th, and yesterday 30th) regarding this issue but no one picked up our calls or replied to the messages we have sent.
