[1270632] Baby Romper - Red 3D Roses Tutu Dress Hi, I ordered this dress yesterday and received it today. When I opened the dress, there is lot of red particles (from the net) dropping all over. I tried flapping it, but every time I do it, that small particles are still dropping. I thing the material is not good. Please explain otherwise I want my refund.
