Watt does not affect brightness. It is their lumen that affect their brightness. We used to have 15W LED but the brightness is the same with our current 12W, therefore we don't sell that 15W (older version and technology)

Watt is the power consumption. Therefore 12W consume less electricity than 15W and may have the same brightness
