I placed the order on 8 May and only received it on 22 May. 15 days ! Almost the same period for goods that I ordered and received from oversea. I want a refund. Reportgo Answer Hi sorry to know that you received your item in damaged condition. In order to refund what you have to do is 1) cancel your exchange request as you want refund but not exchange 2)Kindly break the umbrella (totally broken) and take a photo send to 0122827078 so my boss won't ask to return it as it is totally broken. Regarding the delivery time it consider normal as you placed order on 8 May and 9 May is our general election. After the GE-14 all courier service is off until 14 May only back to service. We are not sure how come they delay in delivery as we already shipped out your parcel on 14 May. Probably due to high volume of parcels after long public holiday.
