Biscuits are generally fragile in nature. For Nabati the box is quite firm and compact (no loose biscuits inside) with weight around 3.2kg. We will wrap with film + label with careful handling on our side.

So usually, the box will arrive in very acceptable shape (not crushed/torn carton box). We do not require customer to send back the goods. In general, you may also decline to receive goods from courier if it is damaged/crushed box.

We usually will leave a contact number together with your order in case of any issues you can whatsapp that number and we will investigate. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, TQ.
