If you are referring to Penang Bridge, only the card that you purchased over at the Penang Bridge is entitled for the rebate, any other TNGo cards will not entitled for the rebate.

Hi dear, the card is manufactured for the carnival held on 19/Dec/2015 and valid for 10 years. It will expire on Nov/2025. It is also a new card and never activated before.

Hi, the card does not contains any value, as it is new and it is NOT activated before. You will need to top-up any value over the kiosk then it will be activated on the day it is first loading any value into the card before you can use it. :)
