SDII and shape up cannot drink together. Shape up is meal replacement. It mean it is us to replace one of you meal time. For example, lunch time you drink shape up, then you no need to take any food. Recommend in between meal have gap 3-4 hours. Since you decide to go for diet plan, persist for few month will have better result. If you hungry, can take fruit.
