(1)Warranty is when the product has some manufacturing defect and yes it covers for battery.
(2) For warranty claims, please do email us at (support@dasher.my) so that our customer support agent will provide you with the warranty details. Please do provide them with the order number so that we can check inside our system. Please do take note that, our agents will ask a few questions regarding the issue and they will need a few pictures so that they can record inside our system and report this to our supplier.

Warranty will take a few days to determine the issue faced. They will either send for repair or replace with a new unit.
