Will see whether they can track the whereabout of the parcel which was wrongly collected by a person in Batu Pahat. We may have guess the postcode wrong but that was what the postcode checker returned to us, that usually is the first thing to check to see if Poslaju may have reroute the parcel using postcode. We had earlier txt on you the 30th August on non arrival as Poslaju had reported a failed delivery attempt and had left a Delivery Arrangement Notice for you to contact them for second attempt. There was no response from you. We also noticed that you had provided your postcode as 39000 instead of the normal 69000 for Cameron highlands. Poslaju had rerouted the parcel to a different location based on that wrong postcode, and may had wrongly collected by someone.
