Thanks for your inquiry and interest in our product. The warranty is under Bosch Malaysia and it will take effect from the date of purchase. Coming soon, we will be launching our online warranty registration. It will take in effect in 1st December. Stay tune

Thanks for your enquiry. If you are placing AQT33-11, we will be resuming our work on Tuesday. If you place it on Tuesday before 12pm, we will be preparing and send out via GDEX on Wed. Normally for main city delivery out of KLang valley it will take 3-4 days.
