The charging is okay from charging Red light on till full charge it turn to Blue. Then again when I press the Power on button, it didn’t work. (i have email you the video, pls hv a look)

Yesterday 25 Dec when I wanted to use again it cannot power on. Initially I thought out of battery but after I charge 10 mins it’s already fully charg, but still cannot power on.

dear friend,we are really sorry to hear that there is problem with the earphone,could you please try to use the original charging cable to charge the earphone about 2-5 hours until the LED turn blue?and what color the LED shows when you charge the earphone?maybe you can try to reset the earphone first:
Power on the headphones.Charge the headphones for 10 seconds or so, the headphones would power off on their own(you can see the LED goes out), unplug the cable.Power on the headphones again.
and then in case you still cannot turn on the earphone, could you please show us a video to our email address:hp.he@gdliwei.com?we promoise after we check the video,we will surely offer you the best resolution
