For babies, you must grind the spirulina into powder and mix with beverage then let baby drink it. Pls bear in mind do not feed spirulina powder to baby directly, it might cause choking as the spirulina is fine. The dosage for baby is around 3-5 tablets daily.

For pregnant women, the dosage is same as adult, you may take 10 tablets in morning on empty stomach, 10 tablets before lunch and 10 tablets before sleeep.
