[39161919] Dermalogica PreCleanse 473ml/16oz (Professional Size) 11th Street and Bellegroup are unreliable. I didnt get my product after payment made on 27 Sep. I have sent 2 emails to notify 11th Street team and nothing has been done. The Tracking status indicated shipment is DESTROYED on 14 Oct, but no replacement or any action taken. I want my money back!
