The poslaju driver didn’t sent me any postcard to me when I not in home ....so how can I know u got sent out my order ....if this time I top up the shipping fees n then I not in home again ...the problem will repeat again....so u should complain to the poslaju office .....why they didn’t give me the postcard if nobody in home .... We apologize for the inconvenience caused. You will be able to verify whether we send out your parcel or not from the pos laju tracking system.
Meanwhile, we are sorry to inform that we will only bear the resend cost if the incident is due to error from our end such as we fill in wrong address etc. Likewise, buyer has to bear the resend cost if the non-delivery is arising from buyer's end.
To be fair, we cannot control when will pos laju deliver the parcel and we also cannot control when will you be at home.
