The parcel status went for pending pick up statuses cause we have manually created the order this morning one by one, which you need to ignore the Ninjavan website mentioned status.
We have already emphasis to NINJAVAN to deliver out this item by today and tomorrow and should be updated by tomorrow.
For this system down issues, we had file a complain to their person in charge and they have fixed the issues since this morning and its should be fine for time being. Beside that we will still manually check the order with them to ovoid this issues with them again.
