I received a call earlier today asking whether I wanted my item because the parcel was returned to the warehouse, when asked what was the reason it was re-directed to the warehouse, the staff said no reason stated. This is the first time I have heard of Ninja Van so I am unsure how they deliver their parcels. Please assist to ensure that my item is sent directly to my house.
