2. However, the packaging that you received, it's a older design. And , yes the product that we sold if 100% original and the product that you purchased do come with one to one replacement for one year.

3. For your information, the anti fake sticker is the latest design of the packaging from our principle.

And once again, I would like to reassure you that the product that you purchased from us is 100% original and it can be verified once you dismantle the power bank and you will seen the Pineng Brand on the PCB (Printable circuit board). However, please bear in mind that any dismantle of the power bank will void the product warranty.
