Yes, you can install the AP902 in a condo but you will need to get approval from the management of your condominium as the filtration system may need to be installed outside of your premises at the point of entry of the water supply from the mains into your cojndominum unit.
The price listed on 11street does not include installation. Installation has its own charges which you can enquire from a from 3rd party installer. You may call on of our installers at 017-299 4194. Here are the differences between the two models:
(1) The CTM-02 cartridge filter has been tested and certified by NSF international standard 42 and 53 externally whereas CTM-01 was tested in our own labs in accordance with those same standards.

3M does not give warranty for leakage and you'll have to negotiate that with your installer. Please liase directly with your installer. We would recommend you contact one of our trained installers; you may reach him at 017-299 4194 for installations in the Klang Valley.
