• Bertexture halus (alur kayu) sesuai untuk warga emas dan kanak-kanak.
• Tahan lasak, tahan lama dan tahan calar.
• Boleh pasang secara DIY menggunakan Double Sided Tape atau gam vinyl.
• Boleh juga digunakan untuk tangga kediaman atau pejabat, pentas atau dinding.

Anda harus lebihkan 1-2 keping vinyl supaya jika ada masalah di kemudian hari, anda ada stok Dyelot yang sama untuk betulkan vinyl yang telah rosak.

Kiraan harus dibundarkan kepada SQFT yang terdekat sekiranya ada perpuluhan

• Untuk pemasangan Lantai Vinyl Aqsa, lantai mestilah dalam keadaan bersih, bebas daripada habuk, tiada masalah kelembapan dan rata. 
• Untuk Lantai Vinyl (Vinyl Flooring) lebih tahan lama, anda harus menekan kuat permukaan Lantai Vinyl di lantai.
• Jika anda ingin memasang di dalam bilik air atau dinding, kami menyarankan anda menggunakan gam silikon atau gam kalis air Aqsa untuk melekatkan vinyl tersebut. 
• Pemasangan lantai vinyl hendaklah menggunakan Gam Vinyl (Waterproof atau Greenbond) atau Double Sided Tape dari Al Aqsa Carpets.
•  Jika ada sebarang kerosakan pada bungkusan, boleh terus hubungi atau chat dalam masa 24 jam selepas bungkusan diterima

        Notice on Return/exchange 1. We will attempt to accommodate order changes prior to shipping confirmation however we will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed.
        2. Some changes may result in shipping delays. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already been shipped.
        3. To be eligible for exchange, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation (receipt or tax invoices). To exchange to another product, the price must be of the same or higher.
        4. Shipping costs for all return and/or exchange will be borne by the customer. Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method preferably City-Link Express, SkyNet Malaysia or Pos Laju.
        5. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit. Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
        6. If you would like to change an order or do an exchange, please notify us by call or email at customercare@alaqsacarpets.com of your intention within 7 DAYS of receiving your order, providing the necessary information (your tax invoice number, name, address, contacts and details of the product.). If you fail to do so, all request of Return, Refund & Exchange will be voided immediately.

        PrestoMall Return/Exchange Policy

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
