1. The outer layer of the product is an emery layer. Specially made fine frosted particles specialize in burn marks on the outside of the pot, rust, rice crackers, cutting boards, ovens, natural gas stoves, and other stubborn stains. It can also be used for sharpening; cleaning kitchen stove tile stains and oil stains.
2. The middle of the product is a high-density foam material, which can be used in smooth containers, such as the inside of a pot.
3. The product can be used repeatedly. After use, squeeze out the water and place it in a ventilated and dry place to extend its service life; in order to avoid waste, it can be cut into a suitable size for use.
4. To deal with oil stains, it is recommended to use them with detergent; otherwise, the oil stains will stick to the matte surface, which will affect the friction effect and product life.
5. It is not recommended to use this product on the coating surface of a non-stick pan, because the frosted particles will damage the coating surface.

How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
- You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.

- When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
- When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
- When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
- When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
- When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
