红枣的做法大全:

红枣蜂蜜茶
原料：红枣（去核）150克，冰糖50克。
做法：
1、加水350毫升煮熟，收干水分，捣成枣泥。
2、再加入蜂蜜250毫升拌匀，盛在干净的玻璃瓶中，饮用时取1茶匙加入温开水即可。

木耳红枣汤
原料：黑木耳10克，红枣50克，白糖适量。
做法：
用适量的水，把黑木耳和红枣煮熟后，加入白糖即可。

当归红枣粥
原料：当归15克、红枣50克、白糖20克、粳米50克。
做法：
1、先将当归用温水浸泡片刻，加水200克。
2、先煎浓汁100克，去渣取汁，与粳米、红枣和白糖一同加水适量，煮至粥成。
