Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address once signed up because it is used as a unique memberID.
Due to unforeseen reason, if you need to change your email address, you need to withdraw your membership from PrestoMall, and sign up again with a new email address.
Please be noted that, once you have withdrawn your membership, you will lose all the credit / points / shopping history in your buyer account.

If you have forgotten your login password to PrestoMall, Please click on “Forgot password?”' button on Log In page.
On the “Forgot Password”' page, kindly key in your email address/mobile number. We will send you a new password via email (if you are a PrestoMall user yet to migrate) or OTP code to change password (if you have migrated your account to Presto)
