Hi, it's against our ethics to sell opened parcel to jeopardize our store name. Rest assured, we packed the product in great condition. We wrapped the device which is originally in a sealed box with a thick bubble wrap before sending it out. On top of the flyer, we stick a lengthy fragile sticker to ensure proper handling. The description of the opened parcel as per reviewed by rai*** is misleading as the flyer which we used to wrap on top the bubble wrap could have been accidentally tear off a bit by the delivery guy which is out of our control. This could have led to the perception of the "opened parcel".

Again, rest assured, we only deliver a genuine and product in an original state.
