Q: Can I return / exchange my item(s)?

- Only manufactured defect item(s) are acceptable. Items to be returned must be in original packaging and in good condition, unaltered, not teared, unused and etc.
- Colors may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. Therefore, We reserve the right to refuse orders return as defect.
- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach our HQ. Fipper Slipper is not responsible the return parcels until the items arrive at our HQ. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
- Buyers are responsible for the return cost.

Q: I have found a defect on my item, But I’ve already used and tear the tag of the item
A: We are unable to accept your return as the item had been used, please check upon your receipt.

Q: Could I request for exchange if I found it out of my expectation?
