Kindly email or whatsapp 0176901383 for the broken lid picture. Please do take a picture of the measurement of the tea filter mouth. As it will be varies lid cover size to fit the filter.

Question
[1179144] *READY STOCK* Home Office Teapot Chinese Tea Set With Wooden Tray Tea Pot Hi. I just received the product due to City Link Express mistakes which delay your product arrival. I have two issues with your product that I would like you to answer and resolve.

Firstly, I found out that I have 2 missing cups when the pictures that you posted shows 12 round cups and even the polystyrene have 12 round cups hole but I only received 10 round cups.

Second, I found out that the tongue on the frog thing was broken when I opened it and there’s no shattered pieces founded in the box or the polystyrene.

That’s my issues for now. I would like you to help me resolve them as quickly as possible, please and thank you.
