[37719586] SAMSUNG 55" 4K SMART SUHD LED TV - UA55KS7000 1st of all, most people know how difference it is the UHD quality picture with SUHD. When you guys wrongly sent to me KU6500 model instead of KS7000 (the one I ordered), and I asked me to simply accept the KU6500, it just make no sense at all.

2nd, I know that samsung ku6500 got some major factory defect problem in regards with its screen and this could be one of the strategy to get rid the defect tv faster.

Actually just to ask since you all made a mistake and make me wait longer time...tak ada compesate ke ? Free gift ke apa ?
