Sorry for the delay. our office didn't open on Sunday. About your request for the exchange product the goods must be returned in original packaging with Cheekaaboo tag label still attached and with no evidence of use (i.e. no traces of scents, no stains, unwashed etc.). Please deliver your return product along with a print out copy of the 11 Street Invoice to the following address:

After that, please email us the consignment note of your return product. Then, we able to track your parcel.
