        Notice on Return/exchange 1. You may return most new, unopened item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Kindly email us and affix the photo of the defected item(s).
        2. We will refund to you within 3 working days after receive the returned item(s).
        3. Pls be noted that transaction via credit card is not refundable but can be returned for store credit or exchanged to other items.
        4. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "History and details of my orders" link under the My Account menu and click on the order to make the Merchandise Return Request. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received your request.
        5. For item(s)returned for an exchange or other reason:
        You are responsible for the return shipping cost. No return(s) will be accepted after 7 days.
        Be noted that shipping cost is not refundable.
        We only accept return via courier service.
        Return items via Pos Malaysia will be charged RM5 handling fee as we will need to pick-up at the post office.
        Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. You will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
        6. For buyer who has purchased more than RM100/RM200 and enjoys the free shipping service, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if purchase amount is less than RM100/RM200 after returning the items.
        7. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
        8. The following items cannot be returned:

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.

        As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
