answer	Once your cancellation or return is successful, refund process starts via the refund method you have chosen.

answer	The refund methods are available depending on your initial payment method. Presto Refund Method :
3	[Buyer] [Refund] [General] Can I choose Refund Method different from my payment method?
answer	Yes, you can. However, not all options are available. Refund methods may be different depending on your initial payment method. Below here is the refund methods available based on your initial payment method.
4	[Buyer] [Refund] [General] I cancelled my order, but I have not received my refund.
answer	Refund will proceed immediately after the cancellation, which is depending on the selected refund method and the duration varies due to bank procedures. a. Credit Card / Debit card : up to 14 working days b. Online Banking : up to 14 working days c. Bank Transfer from ATM / Bank Transfer Payment : up to 14 working days d. UnionPay : up to 14 working days e. Bank Transfer from Cash @ 7-Eleven Payment : up to 14 working days f. PrestoMall Credit : immediate
5	[Buyer] [Refund] [General] I already paid, but my order was cancelled at Awaiting Payment. How can I get a refund?
answer	If your order was cancelled by system at 'Awaiting Payment' status even though you already made a payment, please email our Customer Service for further assistance.
6	[Buyer] [Refund] [General] Can I change the Refund Method?
answer	Unfortunately, once you have selected your preferred refund method upon Cancellation Request / Refund Request, you will not allow to choose another Refund Method.
7	[Buyer] [Refund] [Credit] How long does Credit Refund take?
answer	Your refund in Credit is immediate. You can check your Credit refund history in My Page > My Benefits > Credit.
8	[Buyer] [Refund] [Credit] I paid with my Credit. Can it be refunded in cash?
answer	Unfortunately, any payment made with Credit can only be refunded in Credit.
9	[Buyer] [Refund] [Credit] I accidentally chose Credit as a Refund Method. Can I change the Refund Method?
answer	Unfortunately, once you have selected your preferred Refund Method upon Cancellation Request / Refund Request, you are not allowed to choose another Refund Method.
10	[Buyer] [Refund] [ATM/Bank Transfer] Seller cancelled my order, but I have not received my refund yet.
answer	If the seller has cancelled your order after payment was successful via ATM/Bank Transfer, you can claim your refund in My Page > Cancellation/Return/Exchange. 1. Click 'Refund Request'. 2. Choose the preferred refund method & fill up necessary information & click 'Request Refund'.
11	[Buyer] [Refund ] [ATM/Bank Transfer] I accidentally paid to a wrong account number. What should I do?
answer	If you have paid to a wrong account number, the system cannot recognize your payment & your order can be cancelled. Please drop us an email with your bank-in slip at [email protected] to secure your order or to get a refund.
12	[Buyer] [Refund] [ATM/Bank Transfer] I paid more than the actual amount. How can I get a refund for the balance amount?
answer	If you have made a payment with an amount bigger than the actual payable amount, the balance will be refunded through My Page. Please go to My Page > Refund/Transfer Details > Refund Expected to claim your balance. Choose your preferred refund method and submit your refund request. Please note that bank transfer refund (cash refund to your bank account) will take up to 5 working days due to bank procedures.
13	[Buyer] [Refund] [ATM/Bank Transfer] I paid multiple times to pay full amount, but my order was cancelled.
answer	Unfortunately, the system will cancel your order if insufficient amount is captured for the first time. You can claim back your paid amount in My Page > Refund/Transfer Details > Refund Expected. Please choose your refund method and submit your request.
14	[Buyer] [Refund] [ATM/Bank Transfer] Can I edit bank account information for Refund?
answer	Unfortunately, once you have submitted your refund bank account details, the refund will be made to that account, and you can no longer change the account information. If there was a typo or invalid information, please contact our Customer Support via email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
15	[Buyer] [Refund] [Online Banking] Seller cancelled my order, but I have not received my refund.
answer	When the order was cancelled by seller for online banking transactions, you can claim your refund in My Page > Cancellation/Return/Exchange > Refund Request. Select the preferred refund method. For Online Banking refund, the refund account information need to be the SAME AS your initial payment bank account information. Otherwise, the bank will reject the refund and your refund will be delayed.
