Coupons entitle you to a discount on your purchases as follows:
(a) Bonus coupon – discount applicable for 1 purchase item only. For example:
(i) purchase 2 or more units of Product X, discount applies only to the first unit of Product X
(ii) purchase 1 unit of Product X and 1 unit of Product Y, discount applies to either Product X or Product Y, but not both
(b) Shopping cart coupon – discount is applicable for total shopping cart (excluding add-on items, shipping fee and E-Voucher Shopping and Mobile Top-Up categories)
(c) Shipping fee coupon – discount is applicable for shipping fee for 1 shipment i.e. 1 coupon per shipment
(d) Store cart coupon – discount is applicable for total amount of selected store's products in a shopping cart (excluding add-on items, shipping fee and E-Voucher Shopping and Mobile Top-Up categories).
If your order is cancelled, your coupon will be automatically reinstated provided that the cancellation date is still within the coupon validity period. Your reinstated coupon will be valid for the remainder of the original validity period. It shall be your responsibility to track the validity period for your coupons and no requests for reissue of expired coupons will be entertained.

Coupons will be re-issued only when the coupon is within the validity period. As long as the cancellation happened while the coupon is still valid, your coupon will be re-issued with the remaining validity period from the date that you used the coupon.
However, if the coupon validity period is expired, the coupon used will not be re-issued regardless of whoever cancelled the order (buyer / seller).
